“Authentic Sichuan” is how it is billed with ingredients flown in weekly to ensure freshness.  I thought the meal was good but it wasn’t the best Sichuan I’ve ever had. Keep in mind I still consider myself to be new to Sichuan despite it being my favorite regional cuisine of China.

I ordered the spiced baby rabbit head, spicy duck heads, steamed mutton cheek with rice flour, and green beans. It was probably the most barbaric meal I’ve ever ate. More so considering they didn’t give me any plastic gloves to eat the heads with which is usually what I get when I order them.

The standout was by far the baby rabbit head. The brain was absolutely delicious, like a spiced foie gras.
