It is always safe to get the risotto in Brazil. They just understand rice.

They gave a glass of complementary prosecco. 

We started with brie and cupuaçu on toasted bread. Cupuaçu is an amazon fruit with a unique taste and smell.

The steak had a peppercorn and redline reduction, and was surprisingly well executed. It was on a bed of parmesan risotto.
