Means “Kisok for Qual.” Doesn’t really translate but you get the idea.

Naturally I got the Qual, fried. Also served with very tasty rice and beans and yuca stewed in butter. Qual was very stalty but actually not too salty to eat. Lots of proteins are oversalted in Brasil.

Side of queijo prato or cheese plate which is an actual cheese that got its name for being in the shape of a plate when it was first invented.
