This is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile, 2018 vintage.

This in the Curico region of Chile which is central Chile. It is also the least impressive region of Chile, at least compared to the other big names of Apaltagua and Maipo.

This had a high degree of tannins and tasted like green bell pepper and black cherry… and some backing spice notes.

Very shallow finish and medium body.
