In Brasilia. I got the set menu which is common in Brasilia (if its not a kilo.).

It was a lot of food for 24R (about 6 dollars). Rice and beans, cheesy mashed potatoes (or some sort of starch) small salad and a fried egg (not pictured) and farofa. The protein was beef with a wonderful green pepper and carrot gravy.
